Hillary Clinton is a phenomenon from the state of Illinois to the country India. She is the Leader of the Democrats and the lady who got who New Yorker’s reelected with a whooping 67% of votes in 2006. Not that is sure a sign of confidence from in general the people.
Let take a look at the few crucial years of this Lady’s Life
Early years
Hillary was born to Hugh and Dorothy and raised in Park Ridge, Illinois. She attended the Wellesley College and was the student commencement speaker in her college. She then attended the Yale Law School. She was an advocate for families and children for few years. She was the staff attorney for the Children’s Defense Fund.
The Beginnings
She got married to Bill Clinton in the year 1975 and gave birth to her daughter Chelsea in the year 1980.
She was not thrown into the public just by chance. She infact was chosen by President Carter to be a part of the United States Legal Services Corporation, to help and provide legal assistance to the poor and needy. She was also among the hundred most influential lawyers in America between 1988 and 1991. So the lady as we see has a powerful mind and presence that was natural and not borrowed.
She then became the First Lady of USA in the year 1993. She chaired the rural health Advisory Committee and was also named the Women of the Year in 1983. She was the partner at the Rose Law Firm where she practiced Law.
She has shown that she is not a women who is a t peace with just a piece of work and is constantly trying to improve the whole country by being an active member of many communities of which few she was the lead person.
Future Beginnings
She was the first lady to take up an office in the west wing of the White House; normally the First Ladies took up the East Wing. She had her own persona and presence and the most admired and popular First Lady of America. She hosted the first ever Conference on Teenagers in the White House. She also initiated the Adoption and Safe Families act as the First Lady of America.
