Although, a host of candidates have begun to campaign for the presidential post, most election analysts say that it is a clear battle between New York Senator Hillary Clinton and her counterpart in the senate Barrack Obama. Hillary Clinton is found to lead all other candidates, as per the poll conducted by Crowd Rules. An opinion poll was conducted by CNN, whereby 506 respondents were questioned as to whom they preferred as their president amongst the 2008 presidential candidates. These candidates were selected on a random basis. The survey had an error margin of 4.5 %. It was found that more than 51% of the candidates were in overwhelming support of Democrat Senator Hillary Clinton. Another index called smart crowd index charted the probability ratings of Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama and came up with some surprising observations. It was found that the popularity of Hillary Clinton was found to decrease for a steady period from June 19th, June 24 and July 7. While Hillary had ratings of 48.81, Barrack Obama had popularity ratings of only 28.71. On the 24th of the same month, the popularity of Hillary witnessed a slight slump to 47.51 and in the month of July, the popularity ratings of Hillary plummeted to 43.24% a sharp decrease of more than 4%. At the same time, the ratings of Barrack Obama witnessed an increase from 29.86 on the 19th of the month to approximately 34 %, a smart increase from the previous month. Miscellaneous:
With Barrack Obama raising slightly higher amount for his fundraising than Hillary Clinton, it seems that Hillary Clinton has a bit to worry. With Michelle Obama stepping up for her husband and supporting him in garnering as much support as possible. It is high time that Hillary takes steps and speed up her campaigning to garner enough predicts ratings and see to it that her closest competitor remains way behind.
